The Dongguan Knife Association visited Jinan Xinyu for inspection, and jointly signed a sponsorship cooperation.
Recently, a delegation from the Dongguan Knife Association visited Jinan Xinyu Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd., embarking on an in-depth exchange journey of ‘Exploring Intelligent Manufacturing and Discussing Cooperation.’ From an on-site inspection of the intelligent production workshop to the formal signing of the sponsorship cooperation for the 7th China International CNC Tool Festival, both parties, based on strength and guided by consensus, injected new momentum into the collaborative development of the industry.
Entering the Factory: Decoding the Manufacturing Strength of Cemented Carbide
The association delegation first went deep into the Jinan Xinyu intelligent production workshop, immersing themselves in the entire meticulous process of cemented carbide transforming from ‘powder’ to ‘premium product’. Inside the workshop, the low-pressure vacuum sintering furnace precisely controls temperature and pressure, laying a ‘dense foundation’ for the carbide substrate; the five-axis CNC grinder sculpts complex shapes with micron-level precision, where every cut demonstrates rigorous ‘millimeter-accurate’ standards; the cold isostatic press uniformly imparts strength to the material, making product performance more stable and reliable.
‘From the precise control of tungsten powder ratios to the error management in product inspection, every step exudes the word `ultimate`!’ During the visit, association members exchanged in-depth with the Xinyu team about technical details. When they saw the technical staff demonstrate the intelligent control operation of the CNC machining center on-site—from program import to parameter adjustment, and then to dynamic monitoring of the fully automated process—they could not help but applaud Xinyu’s strong manufacturing capabilities. ‘With such craftsmanship levels, it’s no wonder the products can be sold far and wide!’
Contract signed, jointly building an industry grand event
After the inspection, both parties held a cooperation signing ceremony in the conference room. Jinan Xinyu officially reached a deep cooperation with the 7th China International CNC Tool Festival, becoming the official sponsor of this grand event.
