From the precise blending of raw materials such as tungsten powder and cobalt powder, to powder metallurgy forming, high-temperature sintering, and then to precision grinding and quality inspection, the entire automated production line operates in an orderly manner. Within the workshop, intelligent inspection equipment monitors product dimensions and performance in real-time, while staff skillfully operate CNC systems, showcasing Jinan Xinyu Hard Alloy’s solid foundation in standardized and intelligent production.
Next, the group entered the milling cutter production workshop, where the automated production line was operating orderly: from precise cutting of alloy bars, to precision milling on five-axis machining centers, to full-process quality inspection with laser measuring instruments, each step highlights Jinan Xinyu’s strong technical capabilities.
